There’s a guy that works there he’s awesome makes since why he chose an awesome place of service . That guy was me … but I noticed that because I was partially not from tenn I was treated as such . ” you know those outsiders ” yeah well my boss was 20 years younger than me from a nice family, a nice background and not so bad really .. but I believe because of the usual type of human beings with certain behaviors attitudes or conditions life has brought them into the crowd is not always the easiest one to understand . I know that the workers and this boss come from different levels of life making it harder for Zach to understand . I started working here and with the desire of being Forman one day and having business of my own for 15 years or better I figured he’d see me as it should be .. he allowed a guy from another country with lesser standards to rule over me who was jealous or who knows who cares because I told Zach that this was a problem and it’s bullying in which case he tried to get me into a situation where I was almost injured . Still Zach only wanted to avoid the very real situation . Then as another guy was hired more conflicts arose as this guy lucions of knowing it all and avoiding his substance abuse issues and the damage it already did to him .. i.am far from perfect but I know what it is to run a business . In the midst of all this causing stress on me also caused stress at my home with my family . Not cool . The whole time I was there there was a promise of a company family picnicking event that never happened . I say all this because I can say it .. I pray that he hears
