I use Business as Usual as a subcontractor to service multiple commercial parking lots throughout Cleveland. There aren’t many companies as dedicated to quality as this one. Derek answers every call, follows up and communicates well. They are easily one of the best companies I have worked with. The partnership has been mutually beneficial. Business As Usual always does an exceptional job when it comes to there CAD landscape drawings. It is always very clear that there head designer Derek really knows his craft when it comes to taking the customers vision and putting it on a computer screen. The designs always look professional, well thought out, and clean. I also know he always takes into consideration the type of environment the new plants will have to contend with and makes sure to select plants that will do well in the particular environment and takes care not to over plant.

My house is located on a busy corner, and with two small children I was always really scared to let them play in the front yard. I had Business As Usual come out to do a spring cleanup and asked if they had any ideas on how I could block the front yard off from the busy street. The team used their design software to show me what it could potentially look like, and we decided to move forward. Not only is the final product really nice to look at, but it cuts down significantly on street noise! Business as Usual was great communicating and being transparent through the entire project and I would absolutely do another job with them.

I’ve had Business As Usual doing fall and spring cleanups for years now. Our new house in Lakewood had no outdoor space that we could really utilize – Derek and Dave came in and did a complete Landscape Design and Installation for us. The results were absolutely beautiful. The ability they have to see a space, envision what it could be, and then execute is unreal. I highly recommend Business As Usual for not only Lawn Maintenance but Landscape Design. Thank you guys!

They have done several projects for us and every time they do an outstanding job. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated well with us every step of the way to let us know how the projects were progressing. It doesn’t get better than this company. Will absolutely be rehiring for all landscaping projects in the future.
