I wish I could give ZERO stars. It’s been an awful experience working with them. They forgot to activate/pair our rain sensor with the Rainbird controller they installed so our sprinklers have been running every time regardless of rainfall. I’ve called them multiple times over a period of 5 days about this and keep being told they’ll reach out to me but they never do. Horrible and pathetic customer service!

When restarting our sprinkler system for the upcoming warmer months, Granite informed us we had break in the line in zone one. I then spent time getting quotes for the repair, which ranged from $350 to $491. My neighbor happened to stop by, who definitely has much more knowledge than I have in regard to irrigation systems, took a look at the problem. Within 5 minutes the problem was solved, the water was not turned on fully. He turned on the water, tried zone 1 and it worked. I will never use or recommend this company again.

I don’t know anything about this company, but what I do know is that if reckless driving is acceptable then I don’t care to know anything about it. This truck passed us and proceeded to not stay in the lines and then ended up tailgating the next vehicle just as they did to us. If you don’t understand the basic concept of time management as well as safety then you should really take some lessons. I will say it was hysterical that even after you passed us and were easily going 80mph that we still ended up right behind you at the stop sign. What a way to not only represent the company, but drive a brand new truck.

I am really impressed with the level of customer service that Brandon Mozingo provides to our property. It really makes my job as a Property Manager easier when a vendor is punctual and attentive as he is.

Granite Hills Group and specifically project manager Collin Castillo and associate Hunter, did a GREAT job at my new property at the Brookside community in Troutman, North Carolina. Collin was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He and his team planted some beautiful foliage which looks amazing, and has my neighbors, friends and family all looking for their contact information. Great job Collin!

I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service that Brandon provides. He is easy to work with and really listens and envisions your ideas to give you everything you want. On top of that the work itself always exceeds my expectations. If I could give this company 10-stars I would, excellent job!

We use the Granite Hills Group for our landscaping needs at Adara Alexander Place. Brandon, Derek and the whole Granite Hills team are wonderful. The amount of detail on the in-person visits is above and beyond. Brandon makes a point to do full property walks every month and is quick to come by if we get word of owner visits to make sure the property is perfect! Bids are also sent over usually within 48 hours to ensure enough time to get the enhancements approved and scheduled. I am so glad we have such a wonderful Landscaping Team ensuring our property looks the best it ever has!

We just finished a rather big backyard project with LandCare Innovations. They all did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with them from Chip, the owner, to Cass our project manager, to Cisco the lead of our crew. The work is top notch and the communication was also very good. I would highly recommend them!
