The owner of this company JR Serrano Alvarado was driving drunk and hit my parked car and ran. I quickly caught up to him a block away because his 2008 Ford F150 exhaust was very loud at 230am. He was drunk out his mind. Bloodshot eyes and slurred “oh sorry I pay” he then takes off away from me but my home camera System got the accident on video and funny enough wen he hit my car his license plate was left at the scene! But the coward that he is, he called and filed a fake police report that his “plate was stolen” and the insurance won’t pay to fix my car. How funny only 1 plate got stolen from his 2008 f150 and someone else just happen to own a Ford f150 was driving and hit my parked car…..very clever JR. You even had your car repaired quickly and sent all the pictures to your insurance to claim it wasn’t you. You are a huge coward and I’d like to let your future customers know they are hiring a drunk for their work and should look elsewhere Edit: the license plate # is JLL3834 from NY. It’s registered to JR Serrano Alvarado from address 1599 Castleton Ave. The business name is your last name and your trucks registered address matches the business address, im in no way “mistaking” at all. I know exactly who’s business I’m posting this at. I just see you’re STILL a coward and denying it.

I totally recommend this landscaping ! I called last minute on a Saturday and asked to have my whole front of my house done cause it was getting pretty bad. Serranos made time in their busy schedule to come same day (which is not common) and completed the job within an hr. They even removed a old stump which i said they didnt have to. Very professional. Had all the right equipment. Fast and easy to work with. Really nice crew. I highly recommend and will definitely be using this company in the future. 💪

We’ve used Serranos for several projects including masonry, snow removal and landscaping. The work is done professionally, the prices are very reasonable and they are punctual. We are very satisfied with their work and will definitively use them in the future. I highly recommend Serranos.

When I called this landscaping company I haven’t been able to reach anyone for a big commercial job we needed done. And the owner called me back right away and came and looked at the scope of work right away. We did multiple retention ponds on a NYC a property. And they came in with 15 guys and got the job done right away. They installed Over 15,000 square feet of Kentucky blue grass and came out perfect.
