Unscrupulous, Dishonest and Arrogant. I am a resident at the Riverhouse Co-op complex. The Mckinney Landscaping Corporation, owned by Alan Mckinney, provides the snow removal services for the facility. On 01/08/2024 during the snow removal one of his trucks, while plowing the snow, damaged the rear bumper to my car ($1600). Although the security camera shows the before and after photos he denies the occurrence. I am still in the process of suing him through small claims court. The court sent two registered sign receipts to the address on record, but they came back as “undeliverable”. This Unscrupulous, Dishonest and Arrogant individual has his mailbox removed from his property with all mail going to a PO box, and small claims court can NOT issue a subpoena to a PO box address. I’m presently in the process of have it official delivered to him.

I live in Riverbend and McKinney is responsible for the snow removal. These pictures were taken 24 hours after the snow stopped falling. They are awful.

I live in an Apt complex where Mckinny is the Mowing and other services provider.They damaged my truck costing me 1400 dollars in repairs,I tried to gat the owner to give me his Insurance liability companies name,He denied being the owner of the company..Disshonest is one word I have another.Dont do business with these people as I had to get the police involved.
