I received an estimate from them. Called 3 months later to schedule the services. Got a date and time for them to come out and start the work. Never showed up. Tried reaching out by text and phone call to see what was going on. Still to this day have not gotten a response. Going to do the work myself now.

I had my small backyard done with pavers and turf. Most companies quoted me over 6,000 and these guys quoted me under 5,000. They did the job in a timely manner (two days) and so far three years later the yard still looks good and all the plants are alive.

I had my backyard done in March 2021 and last week I reached out to Albert the owner on the $300 palm tree they planted has fungus on it and asked him what can we do. On multiple calls to the owner they are not responding and I am worried about the warranty that was promised on the grass and sprinkle system for years to come by them if they are not responsive like this. I already saying to my neighbors who are enquiring about my yard on who did it that be careful with my kind of experience. I am finding legal ways on warranty if anything happens to my yard and SOLID Green (Mr,Albert who claims that he did 2000 plus yards in LV is not responsive to answer the client after the work) ….will not recommend to anyone.

I used Albert last year during the pandemic. All went well and he was responsive even though they had to change the date on me and I was happy with the end result. I called them back for more work this year in the front yard and I guess I wasn’t spending enough as once I reached out and said I wanted to move forward he said he’d let me know what the schedule looked like, but after 5 texts and 5 calls I still have no response back. I even said I could wait until he slowed down. I’m really sad since I had such a great experience the first time. I like to use smaller businesses because they work on word of mouth and that was my first impression and I had given his name to friends, but my last impression won’t let me recommend him any longer.

A month out I scheduled the time for them to do my backyard. They cancelled on me twice! Each time I had to contact THEM the day before to find out that they couldn’t come out! I went on and hired another company! Very disappointed on how they do business!

I tried getting an estimate from them. I got a confirmed schedule for tuesday and I texted Albert asking if it’s possible to change the time but I didn’t hear anything from him. Tuesday came and I left early from work (undertime/underpaid) just to make it for our scheduled time since he didn’t reply back to me if I can change the time. I texted him and told him I’m going home early so I can make it for our appointment (doing this as a courtesy). Then he told me he already changed the schedule for today that he can’t do the estimate. It is very unprofessional not telling your client that you are changing the schedule. He replied to me in a rude attitude like I owe him something and told me he can’t make it cause he has a meeting at 6pm that I changed my schedule. First of all, you should have replied back when I ask if it’s possible to change the time but you didn’t! I could have done somethingelse if I just knew you cancelled my appointment without me knowing!

Like what the others are saying they kept on cancelling and changing days they want to finish our backyard landscaping. Also, they told us they will submit the drawing/plan to our HOA for us since its required for an approval before installation – but never done it. We got a violation letter for not submitting the plan to our HOA and paid the fine for it. WTH man!

They we incredibly quick to provide a quote and establish a working draft of a contract. Unfortunately they cancelled multiple times and are completely unreliable. If you are that busy and overloaded with contracts, be upfront so we can have a realistic start date and not having to constantly arrange time off work to have you no show us repeatedly.

**This same review is posted to Yelp** The final part to our backyard transformation was to have pavers and some greenery installed. I had called Albert early on to get a rough idea of what were going to do. His price was exactly what we needed – he could beat at least 3 others on pavers by at least 25-30%. We had not fancy thoughts…just some pavers, irrigation and plants (and rock to fill in the blanks). Of course, the other phases got delayed, so his part did as well. Right before we were ready to start, I had him come back out and revise the quote as we were adding a foot to the paver area and the pool ended being bigger than we had thought. They completed the whole project in a about a week. *they even were able to get me a load of rock to cover the mess from the pool excavators. The backyard is now just like we wanted. Almost an oasis – the plants gotta grow and fill in, but we wanted it that way. Not sure about the negative comments. Albert’s a busy fellow, but every time I called and left a voicemail, I would get a call back within a day or two. We did have an issue with the new zone on the sprinklers, but I just gave him a call and, after a round of phone tag, texted my address and the next day a fellow was out taking care of it. For us, a day or two delay in communicating when you are not working an active project is fine – the whole time we were on their workload, we had no issues with communication.
