Our shoreline is steep and had a failing rock/concrete seawall. The cracked seawall and wave-action caused the staircase to twist and made it dangerous to navigate. Finding a contractor capable and willing to tackle our project proved difficult until Joe put together a workable plan which we were very excited about. Unfortunately, the permitting process in our county proved to be incredibly difficult. Joe, with his team of Mike and Trent, eventually navigated through the longest and most drawn-out permitting process they had ever been a part of. Fortunately for us, they discounted the fees actually incurred. The shoreline did not turn out as originally planned due to county restrictions, but we are happy with the final product. The expertise and professionalism of the team was appreciated throughout the project as they had some unexpected challenges to work through. We highly recommend The Lakeshore Guys. Their work is Top-Notch!

We made a last minute decision to improve our lakeshore this spring. We know that quality lakshore landscapers are hard to book and assumed the work could only happen next season. Joe and his team where able to fit us in within a couple weeks. The team arrived promptly in the morning and worked until dusk, our Job was completed in just a few days. They were able to work through a design issue due to city water outlet drain on our property. Our beach is hard to navigate too and they were able to re-grade our access this improving our access to the lake. Joe’s teams have performed quality work for two of our neighbors and there work is also beautiful. We highly recommend Joe and his teams. We have added before and after photos

To say that Lakeshore Guys exceeded our expectations is an understatement! They were here when they said they would be here, they communicated with us professionally and effectively throughout the process, respected our existing landscape to avoid any damage, and, most importantly, left us with a beautiful lakeshore!! From the owner to the guys hauling the rocks, they were a pleasure to work with. They did an incredible job. We have already recommended them to a neighbor and would happily do so again. Their customer focused approach literally took our breath away. If you need work done on your shoreline, these are the Guys to use!

1) The project’s end product was more than we hoped for. We were very happy with the way it turned out. 2) The workers were efficient, polite and knowledgable about how to carry out this project. And, they always cleaned up the area at the end of a day. 3) When we couldn’t physically return the day of the walk-through the main worker arranged for us to have a virtual tour which was great! 4) We would recommend this company to anyone considering lakeshore restoration. We hired Joe and Ron to complete a very challenging lakeshore project. They needed to fully replace and build a lakeside staircase + patio area, which had become unsafe over the years. The area was on a steep slope with a difficult access point, but they guys were meticulous and diligent in making it happen! They were reliable, experienced and went above and beyond to make sure we had a top-quality finished product. We also felt that they were very fair – there were some overages here and there (as expected), but we didn’t feel nickel and dimed on every little thing. Joe met us in the middle on pricing, and didn’t charge us for every last change to the estimate. I would highly recommend the Lakeshore Guys to anyone looking for a job done right!

Joe and the guys at Lakeshore Guys did a wonderful job replacing our deteriorating shoreline. They took on a job that no one else wanted, which we are very thankful for. They communicated well, kept us updated on progress (we don’t live at the property), and their work is top notch. The cost was high – but the value is too.

The Lakeshore Guys crew is the face of the business and should be proud of their work and professionalism. Their respect and attention to detail was over the top. When they saw areas of the project that needed ‘tweaking’ to make it ‘the best’, they did not hesitate to stop, communicate, and explain thoroughly their thoughts and ideas to make it the best! That is huge in our eyes! Thank you! The rock shoreline, we can’t even explain how much better that is. It was truly ghetto-looking to start with and now it is pristine – just beautiful! It is amazing how you could take what we had overall and transform it into what it is now in such a short amount of time with the quality and attention to detail you put into it! We will enjoy our gorgeous lake access, patio and fireplace, and beautiful lakeshore for a long time with friends, family and fires! It exceeds our expectations!! They turned a very unsightly, awkward, unsafe lake access into a safe and useful beauty for us to enjoy in so many ways – and did I say they also added a patio with a fireplace! The lakeshore guys are excellent at their craft! The job was done quickly and professionally. Our 50 feet of lakeshore have never looked better! There was consistent communication before, during, and after the job. They take pride in their work, and it shows.
