My grandparents hired Juan and his team 27 days ago to fix their sprinkler system for their yard. Their first appointment was July 1st. Over 3 weeks and $550.00 later their sprinklers are still not working. Aside from the incomplete job, and their inability to properly fix the system and get it working again, the most astonishing part of the entire experience was the customer service. On 3 separate occasions Juan said he would be coming on a certain day and just never showed up. Couldn t even have the decency to call and inform my elderly grandparents that he wouldn t be coming. The one day, I finally called him directly and go figure, he showed right up. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service or lack of decency in my entire life. I find it repulsive that someone could charge $550 to fix someone s sprinklers and leave without them even working. There are plenty of other great businesses to work with, Juan s Landscaping is one I would steer clear from entirely.
