Clark Construction LLC 3 weeks agoAt a TW Clark construction site the workers kept coming in at 6:00 AM regardless of the fact there is a building code and city ordinance for noise meant they couldn’t make noise until 7:00. I called TW Clark but they didn’t care. I called them 3 times and didn’t get a “concerned” call back from them until the last day their crew was there. Call crime check and the county if this happens to you. Nothing like 30-40 men yelling back and forth, pounding, and let’s not for get the extremely loud beeping of the equipment when they were backing up. Oh! And the basic noises that come with construction.

Spokane Craftsman Inc 3 months agoSpokane Craftsman did such an outstanding job for us remodeling our kitchen, I am not sure where to start. Chris helped us design a new layout for our kitchen and then Phil made everything come together. Phil treated our house like it was his own. Since the house is old, he found a lot of things that needed extra care and work. All without additional charges. Phil did an incredible job in re-working our kitchen ceiling, that was a lot of 12×12 tiles and hanging lights, into a beautiful, recessed light ceiling. He also put down new flooring, corrected plumbing issues, tiled the back splash, and a lot more. Chris and Phil never rushed their work. They helped get us a great deal on our cabinets and cabinet installation, they helped with new plumbing and new wiring that was needed, and they ran the project from start to end, without us having to worry about anything at all!! I don’t think I can fully state how satisfied we were with Spokane Craftsman. Everything they did was over and above expectations. If you are looking for someone to help in a remodel project, I really think you should consider Spokane Craftsman. Six stars, if there was such a thing!

Silvey Construction, Inc. 2 years agoWe used Silvey Construction for our dental office remodel last summer. The Silvey team did an excellent job and we have received many compliments on our new updated look. Their background of dental offices made them a perfect resource for some updating ideas and goals we had. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for new construction or remodel of your dental facility.

Ruda Construction 3 months agoThe people at Ruda Construction are fine, honest, and hard-working people. And, they do great work. They framed the houses in my neighborhood, and at my one year inspection with an independent inspector, he looked in the attic and said the home was very well built. One of the better newer ones he had seen in the Spokane area! And to top everything off, I had a situation arise with a different company who was acting as the site super/general contractor and they were not keeping their site clean. They wouldn’t take responsibility, but passed me off to Ruda, who went above and beyond to resolve my issue and exceeded my expectations in doing so. The could have passed me back to the general contractor, but instead they prioritized my satisfaction as a customer. For this, I’m extremely grateful. So, to recap, Ruda Construction does great work and they are really hifh-quality people. Why wouldn’t you want to hire them for your job?!
