Multi Projects Repair LLC 5 months agoWe invited someone from Multi Projects Repair to our home for a quote on a project I want completed. I was told I’d have the quote in a couple of days. A couple of days come and go with no communication. I call and don’t get an answer. The voice mail tells me to leave a message or to text the number I just called for a faster response. I text, days have gone by with absolutely no response. We obviously do not recommend this company.

LCM Design and Build 2 weeks agoMarius and Liviu are fantastic. We are so pleased with the kitchen remodel they did for us! After almost a year looking for and trying out contractors, we finally got referred to LCM and the difference in experience was huge. They helped us to understand the design process and made all our crazy ideas work. Marius contacted me almost every day during construction to let me know how things were going and what to expect. Joe, who worked on site, always made us feel like he wanted to be there and wanted to do quality work. We had two or three issues at the end. At least one was our fault. LCM fixed all of them without charging us anything. And they did it without compromising our design. LCM wasn’t the cheapest bid we got, but they also weren’t the most expensive. But I easily feel like we got the best work available: custom cabinets, lots of personal attention, lots of detail work, willing to change things in process without huge budget or timeline changes. I’m really happy to have worked with LCM. I would do it again.

Barn Pros 3 months agoVery pushy sales people. Did not have the best experience with these guys. We were planning to build and needed to submit preliminary plans to city for permitting. I explicitly asked what happen in the event that the we are unable to build and was told that I would be refunded. They required a full deposit for plans. Fast forward, city denies the proposed plans and the same exact person says. “I’m not sure what type of refund you are expecting..” While they were very quick to get back to me and accept payments, I felt they were dishonest and would not recommend. I would have had no complaints if they had decided to work with me and subtract cost of printing plans from the deposit.
