Please do NOT use this service. Sloppy job from the get go, no warranty and uses cheap products! Three months after install, cameras went out but would not warranty them. 2 years after install and we are down to 4 working cameras (installed 9). Shady, unprofessional, and worthless! Save your money.

Denver secure deceived us during a repair. He knowingly ran a 900′ camera line just because he underbid the job and tried to bill us after. When we wanted him to stick to the contract, he did not put a POS system in the right places. He violated the cardinal tule of not going over 300′ per cable run. He made excuses for a year as to why the camera system didn’t work as well as the other cameras. As soon as the warranty ran out, we realized that he took this shortcut. Now, our new installer took pictures of how sloppy his cabling was. He punctured our roof membrane with screws. His cable would drape over the storefronts because he failed to secure the cables. Since his install, we lost 5 out of 16 cameras and we had to pay another 4k to just get those working. He is dishonest because he simply would not honor his word for a few $100 of equipment he could have added. Small jobs are his specialty. Dont trust him for BIG jobs. I have proof and would be willing to talk to anyone and I will be fair

Owen is great at what he does and is also a pleasure to deal with. I was wary about finding the right service provider since the prior company’s setup never worked properly. He provided straightforward, non-salesy advice on what to do next and most importantly he got the job done right. Owen was our tech and took his time to figure out our problem here at Newgate apartments. Once corrected, he showed us how to use the system and got us back online! Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this service.
