Wish I can give them 0 stars. Up until now I was satisfied with this company they WILL NOT return phone calls. I currently have a business account with them and I am trying to cancel services b/c I moved and I need them to cancel my account and stop drafting the payment out of my account I have been calling for 2 months and I am yet to get a call back my next step is court I bet they will call back when they are served with some court papers.

I had the BEST experience with the technician who installed my Brinks. Fred was very personable, very bright and fun to be around. He took his time in making sure everything worked correctly and provided me with important safety information. You can tell he is passionate about what he does! Overall, I have full confidence in his knowledge of security systems!

I spoke with Kody Price over the phone. His prices seemed fair. I agreed to get my old system up amd running after not working for a while. We had turned it off because it would do mystery alarm/signals. He worked on making my existing system and tried to make it work. He then advised me that the primary board had a bug. He demonstrated it multiple times, different ways. He then asked for permission to upgrade my system. I agreed and he brought me up to date with all new devices for a reasonable price. Lower than i expected and paid at the time of original install. Thanks Mr. Price.

No longer reputable, in my opinion. I’ve had issues and NEVER EVER get called back. Lately, I’ve had bugs with the app they provided. I’ve called MANY MANY times for assistance and have yet to be called back, although I’m assured each time Ryan will call back…big FAT LIE!!!

We recently decided to go with these guys for a system for our office and warehouse space. In my first call I was greeted by humans and got a meeting rather quickly with the owner, Ryan to discuss our needs. He was very thorough in all information provided I and didn’t feel pressured. The team who did the installation was very friendly and knowledgable and communicated very well every step along the way. After we had a successful installation, Ryan came by again to make sure everything was working well and we all understood how the system worked. I honestly had intended to get multiple quotes, but after having such a great meeting and ease of communication with this company and making one call to ADT where I couldn’t get a human on the phone I decided to spare myself and go with the company I could get a hold of and hold accountable, rather than just another number in a system. I am very glad I did as the system is awesome (such a great business investment!), I’m supporting another local business , and I actually feel secure that I can call for help whenever needed. Thank you so much guys!!

These guys are the best! I run three small business in parts of town that aren’t always the safest so security cameras and alarm systems are essential for me to be successful. The technicians are always professional, the materials are always top of the line without the added cost! They always exceed expectations and I can’t thank them enough, I wish I could rank them 10/10 stars.
