tom kelliher homeimprovement 3 months agoTom, his son and crew just put a new shingle roof on our house. We selected Tom because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed. We looked at several other companies that were a lot bigger and it was like buying a timeshare from high powered salesmen that always had a special deal if you signed the contract that day. Tom came in and gave us the estimate with no sales pitch and it was substantially less than most of the others. I watched his crew working on the roof and it was obvious that they have been doing this a long time. It was also a 2 day job and anything less would have been cutting corners. Tom Kelliher will be my go to guy for all future home improvements. Update. Not long after we had the new roof installed we had Tom’s company repoint a chimney and fix the flashing due to a leak on a different house. Yesterday we had the most rain in a day in many years accompanied by high winds and noticed water in the attic by the chimney again. I e-mailed Tom in the evening (a Saturday) and I got an almost immediate reply that he would take care of it. Tom and his son Seamus turned up at 9:00 am the following morning, a Sunday, and Seamus climbed on the roof and fixed the flashing with sealant. Pretty good customer service.

RT’s Quality Painting & Remodeling a year agoThis contractor is very knowledgeable about many different things to do with remolding, painting,ECT.He came to my house to do several repairs, such as lifting my porch and adding more support because it was sagging, he also repaired my roof area in two different spots where the animals were chewing there way in and out. He did an awesome job on this, it doesn’t even look like anything had happened to that area. He also power washed my entire roof and that was also a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company for your painting and remolding needs.

Prime Home Improvement 2 months agoMike converted our tub to a shower and did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Best part is you are working with the owner and installer therefore the price for the whole job was much less than the big name companies who do the same work.

Palacios Home Improvement – Affordable Complete Interior Remodeling Services a year agoWe have had Santos and his crew work on two projects for us in the past year. First they painted the cabinets in our 100-year-old kitchen. The cabinets there look very much like the ones on shameless. However now they’re bright and clean. Just recently we had him replace the flooring in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom and painting the bathroom. Again excellent work. Santos is always on time and finishes his jobs as scheduled. And his work is exemplary.
