a year agoI had a terrible experience using Cana Communications for my alarm monitoring the last several years. From incompetent managers that can’t schedule a simple service call to monitoring center employees that can’t follow the most basic instructions on when to dispatch police and contact me, it’s extremely badly managed and operated.

2 years agoCana is a good place to get experience for doing low voltage work. But saying that management is bad and sometimes will set you up for failure also they do not pay what other company’s will. They under pay the field installers. From personal work experience you could be the best employee and the next day you have a small mistake or something doesn’t go there way it’s all your fault. Like I said it’s a good starting point to get to know all the systems but other than that it’s best to find somewhere else to work.

5 years agoIt was a great first experience. From the initial contact with the service coordinator, to both techs that came out for separate issues, and the 1-week follow-up from one of the techs, I was quite pleased with how these folks run their business.

5 years agoCana has been our monitoring company for almost 5 years, and the service always stellar—professional, quick, and the job gets done right the first time! Highly recommend them!

5 years agoCana Communications handles the Fire protection system at my Church. As Property Manager, I have contact with a number of contract vendors. I have alway been impressed with the quality and professionalism of the Technicians that have serviced our system. They show up on time, get right to work but are alway willing to answer my questions and are very personable people. After their job is done. I get a complete report on the system by email the next day.

5 years agoThe CANA Communications team was great to work with. The office personnel and field personnel are professional, courteous and efficient. We were in a bit of a bind with our timeline to open a new boutique at Alpharetta City Center, and CANA jumped into action to help us make our opening date. I recommend CANA Communications for all your Fire/Life Safety equipment installation and monitoring.

5 years agoUpon arriving at school October 31 at 7:00 am the fire alarm was sounding and strobes flashing. School was about to open at 7:30. I knew that the fire alarm needed to be silenced quickly. As teachers and students started to arrive chaos was imminent. The fire alarm could not be silenced or reset because of the type of alarm that set it off. There was a water flow sensor that was in fault. So I made one phone call to the person I know could help, Adan who at one time was our service tech and now is in mangement and works more in the office. But since I started working at ANCS, in 2012, I could always count on Adan to solve any problems we had with our fire and security systems. Adan was able to find a service tech that was only 12 minutes away. Nick showed up just like Adan had said. He was able to get the system reset before school opened. Needless to say Cana Communications and there associates saved the day.

7 years agoI can attest to their work…They are the utmost in professionalism and courteous. Very competitively priced and actually completed the task ahead of schedule. As a company, they “listened” and “heard” what our needs were and guided us in the right direction for our organization. At Cana Communications… you will NOT be disappointed.
