Not an electrician by no means. Bought a home where they had done the electrical work prior to us moving in. Upgrade service from 60 amp to 100 amp. Long story short you don’t put a ground wire in on a hot leg. For those of you who don’t know the significance in a green wire ( this is an extremely amateurish mistake) My whole shed was hot and surprised it didn’t electrocute me or my 7 month pregnant wife while we were moving in. Finally the ungrounded shed found a ground somewhere and tripped the 100 amp main breaker to the home, while overheating wires, burning siding, and burning the breaker box in the shed. Made several calls and heard nothing back till sellers realtor called and told us that Jimmy told them he had already been out and everything looked good. Lie number One and obviously shows how much he cares for someones life. I was home all day that day he said he came out. Plus i have a gigantic mastiff in the backyard that does not like strangers. I would have known. I understand mistakes but have no compassion or sympathy for people who are dishonest. Shady operation if you ask me. (Should have returned or answered your phone Jimmy and at least conversed i wouldnt feel obligated to warn innocent families about you)
