I booked Chad to do some plumbing work around the house after he gave me his estimate. At that time we setup a day & time to have the work completed. Communication was outstanding, he was prompt, and he took his time to do the job right. We are very pleased with the end result and will be using Chad again when needed. Highly recommend.

Chad’s done a lot of work around my old house – including installing beadboard on my ceiling, adding crown moulding, installing ceiling lights/ fans, installing an attic ladder, replacing light fixtures, painting, installing a whole house fan, making custom screens for some old casement windows, plumbing and electrical repairs, installing LVP flooring, and many other projects. Always amazing, high quality work at a great price. Update: I continue to receive top quality work from Chad The Handyman with all my home repair and maintenance needs.
