He grasped my concept flawlessly! He was consistently punctual and arrived well-equipped as anticipated. Ernest maintained excellent communication with me leading up to the day of installation. Unique Remodeling Inc. a year agoWe hired Unique Remodeling to do an entire gut renovation of our house which included knocking down walls to open up a kitchen, creating a new bedroom out of a 2nd floor den, and completely changing the layout of two bathrooms. I worked directly with Effie who was the day to day lead on the project. Overall, I am very happy with the end result for the price we paid and am giving a 5 star rating based on value, responsiveness, and honesty. Before hiring Effie and his team I got quotes from 3 contractors, Unique Remodeling wasn’t the cheapest but they were much less than the most expensive. I hired Effie because it was clear that he had deep experience actually doing the work. Most other contractors walked through and said they could do everything I wanted but Effie offered very clear feedback on certain design choices that he knew would be problematic (he was right). Overall, it was a pleasure working with Effie and his team. Like any big project, there were a few delays and mistakes along the way. And I told Effie he needs to hire a few more good project managers to make sure work gets coordinated better. But the important thing to me was that Effie was always highly responsive, quick to take accountability for any mistakes that popped up and re-do anything we weren’t 100% satisfied with. And most importantly, Effie and his team delivered a quality end product, on budget, without any unexpected cost overruns. If you are looking for an honest contractor at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Unique Remodeling.

The team, especially Miguel, consistently showcases professionalism, displays outstanding skills, and provides affordable prices. When they complete a project, the past condition is entirely unrecognizable, with the final results always surpassing my expectations. I’ve been repeatedly thrilled with the end results. The Build Firm 5 months agoHaving hired The Build Firm in the Southbay for now a combined 5 different renovation, design and finishes work projects, I can honestly say The Build Firm is highly experienced, dependable, good character driven and trustworthy in my view – which are 3 words that never seem to go hand in hand with anyone’s contracting experiences. I would highly recommend them from a new build all the way to a challenging renovation or even what I found to be one of their best qualities is their ability to provide a full design build experience. Their extreme attention to details of the design elements of building is exceptional. I would highly recommend The Build Firm to anyone!
