Absolutely the worst flooring company I have ever seen. Did a terrible job on my floors and when I told them, they said the could send someone back out but I would have to pay more money. I told them I am not paying them what I owe them until the job is done correctly. Now I have a bill in the mail from a debt collector.. my floors looked better before they even started the job! Such a terrible company I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.. now I’m getting a lawyer cause I don’t care if I have to pay for a lawyer. They do not deserve the money they are asking for.

I recently purchased flooring with functional flooring for my laundry room . My experience from being to end was great. The atmosphere of the store was very welcoming. Scott worked with me and was amazing , I explained my vision to him and he was able to shows me samples that where exactly what I wanted , he also helped me select the right style of flooring for the room they where going in. Chris was also great and ga e us all the necessary information to install the floors on our own. Once the order was placed it came in sooner than suggested and the staff was very communicative and helpful with setting up a pick up time . I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Functional Floors recently refinished our hard wood floor in the kitchen. I am thoroughly impressed with Gabe and his crew! They were skilled, courteous, professional, efficient, and worked so well together as a team. They answered all my questions, explained what they were doing, and did an all around fantastic job! Our floors look fantastic! We had gotten a few other quotes and Functional Flooring was by far the most reasonable. We had some unique circumstances in regards to access to the home but the staff and crew were super flexible and it was not an issue. Thank you again!

This was the second time I worked with Functional Floors. First time was great…second time, not so much. When the team finished the most recent job, they left the room they were working in a disaster. Huge piles of dust and debris were left behind, and they managed to get stain on the wall. One of the steps they were working on looked like it hadn’t been sanded and had a bunch of dust sealed into it. I contacted the company and they sent someone out to fix the step and see if they could get the stain off the walls, but there was no real improvement. I followed up with the company again…I let them know that the touch ups didn’t really work and we still have a funky looking step, and stain on the walls. I also asked for the name of the stain that was used so I could try and fix the step myself. Never heard back from them. I even tried sending an extra message in case my original got lost…no response. Now we have to repaint the walls were the crew got stain on them, and have to try and fix this weird step ourselves. Super disappointed.
