I hired them to restore our wood floors a while back and they were fantastic. Fast and reliable service. They were able to fit us in their business schedule. At first, we were going to go with a natural refinish, but we decided to add the stain to change the color and get a more modern look with the floors. Great decision because it changed it all. Wood floors are looking better than ever. Nicely done by these great folks.

I hired this company to refinish my wood floors. I wanted a highly experienced company because the floors were very worn out. I got a very good impression from the moment I spoke with them over the phone. They were organized and structured, and I appreciate that. I got the estimate the following day, and I had a lot of questions that were all answered very calm and politely. They really got the job done, better than I expected. The employees were very professional and responsible, they picked up after themselves, and they even allowed me to stay inside while they worked on my floor. I will say that the sanding part took the longest, but they were still very efficient. After that, we picked the color and they finished everything else fast. They even gave me tips on how to maintain my floors. My wood floors look so good, and I have already received many compliments. Efficient and high end company. These are the guys for your wood floors and peace of mind!

Excellent and professional company to work with. We hired them to install new wood floors in our house. We wanted a particular type of wood and they were able to find it for us at a cheaper price than other company had quoted us. The installation was very easy. The house was empty and they were able to move quickly. We went on vacation while the whole thing was being done, but we always talked to them. They even sent us pictures of the progress. Honest, hardworking men. The price was good and the convenience of starting the day we wanted was even better. They are just ace on what they do. Wood floors are cool and look good. Nicely done by this great team

We bought a house with wood floors and we are big fans. There’s something about wooden floors that is unique. It was one of the main things we wanted to do before moving in. We found this company online and decided to give it a chance, and we are very glad we did. It has been a great experience since we called them for the estimate, which is free btw. We talked to the owner for a while and asked him many questions because we wanted to know about how the whole thing works. We decided to do a natural refinish because we love the color of the wood itself. They accommodated us on the time we needed it, which we appreciated because they are very busy. They sanded off that floor fast and before the blink of an eye, they were ready for the sealer. It was surprisingly fast. The employees are educated and professional. The office does a great job following up on what you need and keeping things organized. Wood floors came out beautifully. We love it so much. We will be calling them again for future properties. Five star service.

What an amazing experience we had with this company. We called them to install new wood floors on the first floor and sand the second floor. They were fantastic helping us find the same wood we had upstairs. Exceptional price and fast service. New wood was in our house within a week and they began the installation afterwards. The employees are very knowledgeable and nice. Their customer service is hands on. The process was fast and smooth. We loved in the house while they worked and we never had an issue with anything. They cleaned and organized the area before leaving. Wood floors were nicely installed and the refinishing was completed five stars. We love our home with wood floors and are very happy with this company

Héctor and his crew did a great job refinishing my floors. They removed the stains, got rid of the scratches, and above all were easy to work with. If you live in a condo, it’s important to note that the company has the appropriate insurance coverage to work in associations that have strict guidelines.

We used Martinez Wood Floors to refinish the floors in our house from the orange colored finish of the 80’s to a lighter grey tone that’s more modern looking. Their guys worked incredibly well and kept the house as clean as possible. All of the crew that worked at the house were very nice and respectful, and were a pleasure to work with. We have always had wood floors in our homes, so when we moved to Miami we wanted a house with wood floors as well because we love it. We found a nice house with old Oak floors on it. As soon as we had the keys we began looking for someone that could do the floors and leave them spotless. This company was a great choice for us. Excellent prices and highly recommended. Educated employees with vast experience. The house was empty for them to work so they did a nice job in little time.
