Daltile -Marazzi is a contractor-aligned business (the public can come and look at product but it is a contractor- purchase arrangement). Beautiful natural stone, marble, porcelain products for flooring, kitchen, bath, sunrooms. Gorgeous decorative design tiles, glass, and mosaics to complement your selections. I suggest making an appointment and working with Cindy, who has decades of tile design experience and KNOWS how various stones and tiles must be cared for. Cindy will be an invaluable person for your decorative needs. She is super to work with!

Cindy is your “go to” for hashing out a great design. A seasoned tile sales and design gal that will take her time to make sure you get what you are looking for. You might get a hug too! Ken holds it down on the material and contractor end and is knowledgeable about the numerous products in the inventory. Ben will get the product to you and make sure you didn’t miss a thing. A great team and a good spot for your next tile project.

I don’t believe that they have enough stock tile to satisfy customers in a timely fashion. I know that as long as the main factory has stock we are looking at a 2 week turnaround. But even then they can’t give me an exact delivery date.

With so many other tile stores on Jefferson boulevard why would anyone go here. The service is terrible and the staff is I’m going to say unfriendly and unhelpful. If you put in an order to be picked up they don’t start putting the order together until you show up in the morning so be prepared to wait. No consideration for other people’s time. God forbid you have any questions about any other products that they sell.
