Highly recommend Expert Flooring Services to replace or do your flooring work!! Gilbert has 25 years in flooring and redid the flooring and carpet in our poorly built 2020 Chesmar home. He walked us thru the process, patiently answered all our questions (at all hours of the day), and his team (Jose and Jose) did great work. They had to prep the floor and took the time to level the concrete foundation that our builder Chesmar failed to do. They didn’t rush to get it done, made sure the work was done right, and flooring installed well. Thank you guys for making our home feel like new!

We looked for a cost effective, attractive / resilient flooring solution for our kitchen and adjoining dining room ~500 sq.ft. Gilbert represents a variety of quality manufacturers and we chose a luxury vinyl plank product from Engineered Floors – which offers state of the art High Def PureGrain Direct Digital Print. We elected to demo the existing tile to avoid an elevated threshold into the living room (for safety purposes). The “dustless” demo (vented well into the front yard) crew completed the demo/cleanup/haul off within 6 hours. Flooring installers completed installation (including new primed quarter round) in one day (48 hrs later) allowing the new flooring to first acclimate to our home. The job was on schedule and a complete success – very pleased with the outcome.

This is a small shop with big choices! Expert Flooring offers all types of flooring with great personal service. Their tile selection is great for floors, bathrooms, showers or whatever design you have in mind. I was well pleased with the customer service they provided. The carpet installation was flawless and they did a beautiful job on my stairs. I will be using them for all my future flooring and/or tile needs.

Gilbert G. Martinez and his Team have knocked it out of the park on my remodel project. They really took the time needed to make it perfect and beautiful. I’m fairly new to New Braunfels so when it came time for new flooring I started my research by looking at reviews and seeking suggestions from others (next door and Facebook). I saw great reviews for Expert Flooring and I wanted a local established company with an actual storefront. I am SO glad I chose Expert Flooring. The owner, Gilbert was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, as was the crew. They worked fast and cleaned up as they worked. I promise this is an outstanding choice for flooring. You won’t be disappointed.
