Robinson Floors did an amazing job installing nail down hardwood floors on my entire second floor and downstairs master bedroom. William was prompt to respond to texts and phone calls. He kept me apprised of the next step in the process. Diego and his team did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Can’t recommend William, Diego and the team at Robinson enough! Beautiful floors at a very competitive price. Thanks, guys for a smooth and pleasant process.

Robinson did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. Laced in new hardwoods then hand scraped & refinished all flooring. They look incredible! Diego & his team worked hard & were very respectful. William keep us in the loop every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We got so lucky when we found this company. This has truly been the best experience. We have been treated with such care amd respect. We never felt rushed and they always respond when you reach out. It felt like we were working with friends. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely be using them again for a future projects.

I was connected with Robinson Floors through TradePro after my house flooded. Will was my contact though the whole process. He was friendly and had outstanding communication. I knew when he, or any of the crews, would be at my house and where we were in the process. He explained how he turned in his estimate to insurance, helped me choose my replacement flooring and carpet, and even helped me when I can questions about my insurance claim; even though that was not his job. His crews were on time and did excellent work. His drywall and painting subcontractor was l just as outstanding. My house looks better than it did before. I would highly recommend using Robinson Floors! Follow-Up: The installed floors warped in Sept. Robinson came out and looked and agreed it should not look this way. I had to follow-up with them in December. The advised me that installed floors were recalled by the manufacturer. Robinson had me come into the showroom in February to pick out replacement flooring, which I did. They then had a third-party inspector come look at my house in March. It is almost the end of May (nearly 2 months) and I still cannot get an update. The communication and follow-up is horrible. I feel like they want to try and drag this out to void the warranty they offer.

Exceptional service and workmanship from start to finish. A water leak under the slab ruined the kitchen floor. Bad became worse because that type of laminate was no longer available, throughout almost half the house, and laid over tile in the kitchen and poorly prepped slab for the remainder. Robinson Floors gave a fair quote and stuck with it in a restoration project that required much more remedial work than they anticipated. The result is flooring that feels under foot as good as it looks. The fit, finish, and clean up are outstanding. We worked with William Robinson, whose skills in communicating with us and advocating for us with the insurance company were fantastic. In all, Robinson Floors left our home much better than they found it.

We’ve used Robinson Floors for engineered hardwood flooring, carpet replacement, and fireplace tilework and are really impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Will is very easy to work with and was always available to answer any questions via the phone or to address any issues that arose. The teams that were deployed were very courteous and respectful of our home and did a great job. We will definitely use them again for all of our flooring needs.

We have used Robinson Floors twice with excellent results and an extremely satisfying experience. The first time we did not know very much about hardwoods. William and Andy took the time to understand our needs and explain the different wood species, the different types of flooring and the process. We went with engineered hickory hardwood the first time two years ago. They were always available to answer our questions about maintenance and made sure we were happy with our investment. This past year, we had a slab leak under the floor. It was heartbreaking to find out we had to replace all the hardwoods on the first floor. Andy was an outstanding resource to our insurance adjuster and persuaded them to approve natural hickory hardwood with staining to match the upstairs. This was because we could no longer get the exact product. Everything turned out wonderful and we got an upgraded floor also! We had a great experience with both crews. This time we had Diego as our crew foreman. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us everyday as we had to move out of the house, furniture and everything. You can see it was a perfect match to the sample we approved before starting. He took great care of cleaning and locking up each day. We fully trusted him. I highly recommend Anderson Floors!
