Terry came to do an estimate the same day that I was in the store. His crew Steve, Robin, and Casey did an excellent job installing my carpet. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Terry’s Carpet.

Terrible install. I’ve done flooring business with Lowes, Home Depot, and LL Flooring. This has got to be the laziest install I’ve seen from a “flooring specialist”. There’s an obvious pattern in the seams. We had to call them back twice to install small end pieces that were “forgotten”. There are several seam separations. And they didn’t address any squeaks in the subflooring. The product is what it is, but the installers clearly hate what they do. That’s evident from their work.

Good products but their carpet installers are awful. Called about their installers leaving carpet seems and terry said there was nothing he or anything could do about it. They said it was normal. Which is clearly not the truth. Please be wary of using their services. Please message me if you would look to see photos of their job.

I called twice and I was quoted the same price both times for one bedroom with a closet. I then was told to come in person and pick the carpet and pay. Even then I was quoted the same price and I made it a point to ask about the closet and both men said yes it was included, I then paid $492.00 and got my receipt and left. A few days later the employees came out and did the carpet, while they were here I had to leave, on my way back I passed them on the road. I thought wow that was fast. I got home and the carpet in the room was great, they did a great job. But they did NOT lay carpet in the closet. So I called the company back and I say that lightly because there is nothing professional about that whole conversation. He told me well they must have ran out of carpet or I didn’t give him the right measurements, and he didn’t do the measuring, he’s never been to my house. It was condescending. He acted like he wasn’t going to do anything about it. Finally after I had to ask what are you going to do he says he will call the employees and call me back. He never called me back. Days later my husband called him back and he refused to do the closet for free, he said it wasn’t included in the quoted price even though he told us both on the phone twice and me in person once. He said it would be $150.00 to do the closet. But he sure did point out for us to find the receipt to show he didn’t write closet on it. What kind of business is this?!? Looks like they scam people and steal money. You know every little $150.00 adds up to do a closet. Terrible professionalism and liars.

Affordable and always got exactly what I wanted and had clear expectations of what was to be done to have installed. Will be going back soon for a third project!

I have always used Terry’s Carpet for my flooring needs! Never been disappointed and I have bought everything from vinyl to carpet and hardwood. His guys that lay the flooring have always been professional and done a great job. I’ve always been told up front what the installers do as far as moving furniture, ect… as well as clean up so I’ve always knew what to expect. I would absolutely recommend Terry’s Carpet always been happy.
