Buyer beware! When we purchased a new home, our builder did business with Floor to Ceiling in Fargo, ND. So we went here and with the help of Neil, their sales associate, we explained our expectations, our lifestyle and together we picked out everything from cabinets and granite countertops to flooring. We told him of our two pets under 10 pounds and the $400 floor cleaner (bissell crosswave, approved for all floors) we had recently purchased. We were in contact almost weekly for months during the construction. After living in our new home for 6 months, we noticed issues with our flooring. We called repeatedly for months and finally, an associate came to survey the floor. He showed my wife how the floor was incorrectly installed and said someone would contact us. No one did. After a few more tries, the one year warranty period was coming up, and we pressed our builder to contact them. Eventually, Neil came to look at our floor, which by now is completely ruined and blamed it on the use of a wet jet, which he claimed the first visitor corroborated. I asked how he advised me to clean the floor and he said a squirt bottle and a swiffer, WHICH IS THE DEFFINTION OF A WET JET, WHICH WE DON’T OWN! He raised his voice in my home and said there was no way they’d cover anything. After he left, I emailed him pictures of the ¼” gaps in the floor caused by a poor installation. They replied that they might do something, but I should turn it over to MY insurance! AND THEN THEY GHOSTED ME. No response to phone calls or emails and never happens to be there when I show up in the store. WE SPENT 10’S OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH THEM AND THEY WON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! So good luck to you if you get just one product from them! UPDATE: We did contact them again and received nothing. I replaced the floor ourselves for a fraction of their “warranty” price and outlasted by over 4 times their flooring.

Would never recommend. No communication. Then supposed to be done in one week. We are at a month past and still not complete and very dissatisfied. 2 years later and still not complete and would not recommend. Trying to charge me for stuff not completed.

Had a great experience working with Natasha who helped design our new kitchen. If you want someone who is organized and knowledgeable, she’s your gal. Luke and Justin installed our cabinets and did a great job there too. Very professional and easy to work with. Tim did the backsplash and did a fantastic job too. Definitely knows what he’s doing. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you! 🙂
