We went into Warehouse Carpet and started talking to Mitch. By the time we left, we’d bought a rug and made arrangements to have our kitchen floor replaced. He was thorough, friendly and beyond helpful. We just got our new kitchen floor installed today and love it! The installer actually removed all of our molding prior to the install, AND, put it all back on! Excellent service and very professional. This was our first time using Warehouse Carpet, and will NOT be our last.

Mitch helped me quickly locate a piece of carpet for a small project (carpeting a cat tree), made sure I got a good deal on a remnant I liked, and loaded it into my tiny car. It was so nice to recieve immediate, helpful, friendly service even though I wasn’t spending a lot on a major project. 🙂

Attempted the big box stores (Lowe’s) which ended up being a total flop, and receiving a refund. Went to the Ithaca Warehouse Carpet showroom and had Chris as a salesman. Can’t explain enough how professional and knowledgeable he was, plus got us a great deal! Professional installation within a week, with a great technician. Highly recommend and always ask for Chris!

Great service at the Ithaca store. Joe greeted me and offered his assistance but i never felt any pressure, which I appreciate. Everyone was patient as I tried to find exactly what I was looking for. Joe explained the pros and cons of different carpeting as well as options for financing. When it came to the installation, Mao and his partner (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) were incredibly hard workers. I’m very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Warehouse Carpet to anyone looking for flooring options.

Chris in the Ithaca location helped us choose our new carpet. He is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The gentleman that came to measure was was efficient and had his estimate done quickly. The two installers called to let us know that they were ahead of schedule. They worked hard and did a great job. Overall, we had a great experience with Warehouse Carpet-Ithaca.
