Bachmeier is impeccable at customer service, installation and a wealth of knowledge for flooring, tile, carpet etc. I am so grateful to have worked with Dennis. He is a gem!!! I have high standards and they exceeded them 10 fold!! Their installers are absolutely the best!! When they encountered a problem, they solved it with flying colors!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!! A+++++++

This is the most incompetent business I’ve ever dealt with. Their workmanship is terrible and they leave a mess. They’ve had to come back and redo their install work multiple times. They don’t keep appointments and never follow up. They called me out of the blue mistaken me for another customer and on a separate occasion claimed they called me and left messages but turned out they had the wrong phone number. I highly recommend you steer clear of this business.

Never finished the job!! Only installed part of the quarter round. Called, sent emails, and still not completed. Plus they damaged a wall installing LVP and that is still not repaired. Do NOT hire them. Expensive and poor workmanship. Dishonest. I will never use them again
