Joe was great and had patience with us trying to pick a flooring he even came back with a sample for us to look at…Sam was nice and came to pick it up after we decided which one we wanted.. Juan and his guys were awesome and so nice.. there was an issue with our floor and he gave us some options so we wouldn’t have issues with the floor cracking in the future and how I wanted the trim put down.. they really take pride in their work as if they were doing their own house…we are so happy and it looks great !!!!!!!

Not only that they did poor quality job, left mess, their workers stayed in my home until midnight, didn’t finish one of the closets per agreement nor left me material so that I can do it myself, they also caused electrical issues by plugging in various high voltage equipment. Owner was extremely rude and did not want to take any responsibility for workers wrongdoing. On a top of it all, he’s posting answer to my review not even apologizing for horrible experience, but blaming faulty wiring in my home!! Unbelievable and unacceptable from any business! Terrible customer service, overpriced and bad quality work.

My husband paid a generous amount for carpet for 2 rooms. Workers didn’t properly reinstall my door in our TV room after they were finishing laying the carpet. Lot of handprints on my walls. IPhone charger was missing after installers left. Overall, we love the carpet.. UPDATE ( Mr. Taylor) : Sir, there is absolutely no reason to lie about a stolen phone charger. This was 5 months ago and we have moved on . My wife was leaving a review, nothing more. Again, overall, we still love the carpet. Thank you. Have a great day.

There’s a reason this place has a high Google rating! Had Chris come out in the beginning of December to give a quote for laminate flooring, which he even helped me pick out. From there the process was smooth. Sam and Joe kept in touch, frequently, on the status of the flooring and Sam was even able to match the paint color on my baseboards to the color of my doors/door frames/casting after he went out of his way to come and get the color swatch that I picked up from the company installing my doors. The day came for install, after I had to push it back due to unforseen circumstances unrelated to my house remodel, and the guys who installed couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional. Their work was amazing. The product I got was a thick, solid, seamless, and beautiful floor and baseboards with quarter rounds. I recommend Luxury Layouts to anyone who want an easy, professional, and amazing company and flooring.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff. The same fits their business model. Wish the prices were a bit affordable. Customer service/warranty has yet to be determined – will update review.

We had luxury flooring put in new floors in our living room & hall. Juan & Balthazar was our installers & they done a fantastic job. We had carpet & tile removed which wasn’t an easy job, but they worked two long days. They went out of their way in little details, making sure we were satisfied. Were Very happy!! They are a 5 star & would recommend!!

I just had flooring done by Luxury Layouts and I am very pleased with the final results of the work done. The Management was very personable and straight forward and to the point . The workers were very knowledgeable and meticulous with the job at hand and didn’t cut any corners. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend others to give them a try.

Worst company to work with!!took them almost2 weeks to do floors!!I was give a quote for waterproof laminate floors throughout house and two bathrooms , and carpet I told the mgr I needed some time to get more exyimsted he old me estimate was good for a year. Called him a few months late( I think it was 5) and told him I was ready to do job and he told me the price went up over two grand!, he I sent kids to house to lay flooring and I was supposed to have no thresholds but because they started floor in living room instead of back bedroom the floor started buckling and instead of thenm redoing floor right way they cut thresholds against my wishes! I had nothing but problems with them and thyme floor .zagged they left and I went swifferrfloor in bedroom I moved bed some and I found a spot that they were trying to hide. under the Fe where the top layer of laminate was torn off!! I contacted joe ( mgr) and he said he was gonna take an ra piece of flooring to office with him and get back to me!!its bernbtwo years and I’m still waiting ! Now I’ve. It iced that the floor is buckling everywhere ! I tried oh hi it he sti waiting ! Then I find out from an inspector that the laminate I was told was waterproof isn’t!!these guys are itching but liars and will try to sell you the better product and the install a lesser quality for! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I would not use this company at all things might sound good at first but that’s not the case the products they use and sell are geared towards them make the most profit. The materials are garbage and over priced. The flooring they sell will not last especially if you have animals or kids.i installed 300 square feet for them that they charged a customer over 3000 dollars. You could buy a high priced luxury vinyl that will last alot longer and have it installed much cheaper than that. Do not use them !!!
