We came to Brown’s Flooring to select new carpeting for our living room and primary bedroom. This store is family owned, and we’ve used them for flooring over the past 20 years. Their selection is top-notch, with all the name brands, and the customer service is impeccable. The installers were polite, efficient, and focused. They moved heavy furniture, toreout and removed the old carpeting, and installed the new carpeting all in three hours! We highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough good things about Brown’s Flooring. Communication from Bob and Shannon throughout the process was awesome! The crew they sent out was outstanding and did a great job! Their installers are employees and not subs and after seeing the workmanship I can see why that makes a BIG difference. As a top producing real estate agent I will strongly recommend them to anyone I come in contact with that has any flooring needs.

Had a fantastic experience working with Brown’s flooring! They turned our sloped and troubled basement floor into a dream space at a competitive price. I had gotten other quotes that said some items where not possible, but Bob and his team came up with creative solutions that would fit our needs. Communication was great as expectations where set early on. Options where presented with their different pros/cons and the pricing. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this locally-owned company enough! They came out within a few days to measure and give us a quote. They were honest about it and said that they were scheduling several weeks out, which we really appreciated. We loved our new downstairs flooring so much, that we had Brown’s do our new carpet upstairs too! Fast, efficient, experienced workers who show up when they say they are going to and get the job done quickly! I actually left for work one morning and came home from a long day, and the downstairs flooring was completely done! My husband was working from home, and was ecstatic about everything. It looks great! We’ve recommended Brown’s to everyone we know. THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING! We’ve been so let down done this summer by other home improvement companies. You guys rock!

GREAT SERVICE FROM SELECTING TO ORDERING TO INSTALLING. INSTALLERS WERE GREAT, DOWN TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL. BOB AND SHANNON WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.
