We’ve called this “business” repeatedly to repair some flooring. However, every time we call we’re told that Benji is in the warehouse today, but I’ll tell him you called. This phone tag has gone on for a few weeks, so I guess I’ll have to find another company to repair the floor which this company installed. We were informed that the sunlight damaged our luxury vinyl plank flooring, but it’s only damaged in one area near the windows, and there is no sun on the back side of my house. Basically, the flooring was installed incorrectly, but this company won’t back their work. Instead, this company is blaming Shaw for their product. The repairs will cost substantial money for new flooring in a new house. Do not use this company.

We bought a house who used this company for the floor and they were extremely disappointing. They came out multiple times for repairs and in regards to our floor clicking when you walk on it and kept saying “the floor is fine”. Yet when we have people over they notice the clicking immediately. Then when my husband would try to call at the end of our warranty they kept dodging his calls when he gave his name and purposely not call back. He even called with a different name and the manager answered immediately. When they finally came out again the other day they were extremely rude and unprofessional. As soon as they walked in just very rude. My husband mentioned how we’ve had this floor before and it’s never done this, their response was “I don’t care what kind of floor you had before”. It’s been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I unfortunately would never recommend this company.

The moment I walked into that store just to look at fixtures and lights the lady was so nice greeted me let me look through the whole store they were so nice thank you

Brandon and his partner came out to my home today to replace my fan blades and they went above and beyond with fixing parts of the fan that were not assembled/installed properly. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about their product. I highly recommend working with them. Happy customer here sharing my personal experience with these two gentlemen.

So I have to start with, it is great to walk in a location that is honestly putting customer service over ridiculous Covid protocols. This place has a great selection and reasonably priced. I was debating on flooring and Jason told me to take their sample home so I could see it. Made the decision that much easier. And they had my special order flooring in store in 2 days and loaded it into the truck for me. Can’t say enough good things about them!

This place is the best, they go out of their way to help you. And the lights and flooring are top notch/luxurious products that are sold at a great price
