We interacted with the group back in 2018. Wide selection, good quality. At the time, they were very helpful in googling us choosinh different tiles… etc. installation was good. When we had issues within the first year of installation, were slow to respond, assessed what’s needed to be done and unfortunately never heard from them again! Visited this time to explore some repair to the work done. They struggled finding our records, and when we found it, discovered they don’t repair, only new installations. Disappointing as the repairs relate to material failure and we weren’t looking for warranty repair. The front desk was friendly, professional and helpful with suggestions!

The best customer service ever! I changed my mind on grout and had to return for another color, then I over bought some backsplash tile that I had to return. Each time I was treated respectfully, and my problems were solved. I would highly recommend.

Helpful folks with a decent selection of mosaics and tile. The organization of the store is a tad chaotic and a little maze-like. Found the prices to be much higher than other is the area.
