I can’t say enough about the staff here! They are so patient and understanding…also highly knowledgeable! I bought wall tile this last visit and paid less than Lowe’s and Home Depot!!!

I went in to Airbase Carpet Mart Dover 3 times. The first 2 times pissed me off, cause no one greeted me, nor tried to help me ar anything at all, so I left. I returned the third time and one of the ladies behind the counter spoke to me and then I asked if someone could help me. That’s when MR. KEN LEVERS came to my aid. He made my third time there a charm. I was a very hard customer to satisfy, but he did. I am very thankful for MR. KEN.

We recently purchased laminate flooring at Airbase CarpetMart in Dover. Our salesperson Michael Esposito was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable on types of flooring they sold. The installer he sent out were great, Martin Astudillo (AD Flooring)and his crew installed over 900 square feet in our home. They were very professional and pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. Thanks Bob and Sharon

I had a very pleasant experience choosing a new carpet for my master bedroom mainly because of the heip and kindness of Tyesha. She helped me choose a carpet that has been installed and with which I am extremely pleased. I would not have found this carpet if Tyesha had not had it pulled down from a high shelf. It was.perfect! Lots of selection! This place is kind of like an outlet store, but with the ability to order more. So if you like something they have, you get an awesome price; if you like something they don’t have, you get a competitive price. They don’t advertise this, but if you bring a local quote, they will price match, at least on tile. They offer install service, and I can’t say how the quality is, but the price was better than 5 private contractors I called for estimates. Location is convenient, with plenty of parking. All the sales reps were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Our Cortec floating kitchen floor failed after three years. I contacted John, the Dover store Manager, he came to our home, took photos and said he’d contact Cortec on our behalf. Cortec has a guarantee so they replaced it! John was instrumental in getting this ball rolling. Our new floor is in, thanks to Mike and Rob who did a fantastic job removing and installed our flooring. Our kitchen is 14’ by about 28’!!! That’s a lot of floor and no mess left behind! We highly recommend Airbase Carpet Mart for all your flooring /tiling needs! John, the Manager was so very helpful, we can’t thank him enough!
