We just had the carpet removed from our den and had hardwood floors put down. The work done by JT and Dean was extremely professional. The Beach Hardwood Floors crew was very courteous and conscientious. We are having them back to do our upstairs, ripping out all the carpeting and refinishing the hardwood floors. I would highly recommend them

We have nothing but great things to say about Beach Hardwood Floors. Brad, Jay & his team were fantastic. We needed several hundred square feet of hardwood flooring redone in the kitchen, dining, front entry and bathroom. Additionally the bathroom needed replacement hardwood around the toilet due to a leaking toilet long before we purchased. The house was built in 1996 and the wood flooring was showing it’s age in multiple places. From start to finish it was a very smooth process. We appreciated their thorough communication throughout the project and taking the time to help us determine how to refinish the floors to our liking. They completely taped off everything to keep dust down to a minimum in the house. They meshed in the new hardwood in the bathroom with the old and we can’t even tell at this point which hardwood was replaced around the toilet. We had a small area we discovered several days later that didn’t turn out great due to some debris in the finish. They quickly came out to fix that area with no questions asked. They have a great team of professionals, do fantastic work and they stand behind their work. We love the way our “new” hardwood floors look and I would absolutely recommend them if you need flooring work done in your home.

Beach Hardwood Floors did an outstanding job putting new floors into our house. From the outset they identified potential issues and suggested practical solutions. Working with the whole team at Beach Hardwood Floors was easy and seamless. They were extremely responsive, thorough, prompt every day and kept us up to date on progress. From the very start, Brad, Jay, and their team were outstanding. They responded to my many questions in a timely and thorough manner and explained the steps of our hardwood installation and refinishing so that we would know what to expect. The men working with them were friendly and professional. You really could not ask for a better experience. As difficult as we thought this process would be, they made it as painless as possible – and the floors look terrific!

We had an awesome experience with Beach Hardwood! They installed over 1600 square feet in our home, including stairs, and we are very pleased with the work! The workers were friendly and worked hard. We had a great experience with the owners, Jay and Brad, and we would use them again.

We had our entire home refinished by Beach Hardwood Flooring company. We quickly became very frustrated working with the owners/operators of Beach Hardwood Floors. The communication and follow through was horrendous. It was challenging to receive timely return calls, did not communicate clearly when we could/could not walk on floors during the process, and told us we could not stay in the home for one night, when it ended up being two. We repeatedly asked when we (a family of 5) should be out of the house and not walk on the floors. The foreman spent very little time at the house, acted like it was not worth his time, and it was clear nothing was noted in writing, so we had to repeat requests and communicate to the workers ourselves. The crew was very nice and communicated with us well; however, they were either being rushed by ownership or lacked help. 7-8 places were missing stain and/or poly. There are specs in the poly as if it was either dirty or the floors were not properly vacuumed. The space under the refrigerator wasn’t sanded, stained or poly applied, even though they charge extra for pulling out the refrigerator. They came back and repaired/finished most of it but only after multiple calls, being ignored on the day they no showed on us. They definitely made an already stressful situation more stressful. We will not use them again on any of our properties.

Outstanding company. Brad and Jay are fantastic. We used them recently to replace about 1200 sq ft. of engineered hardwood that had sustained water damage. We replaced with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). We shopped around and got about 5 different quotes. Beach Hardwood Floors came in as one of the most competitive quotes, but what really drove our decision was Brad’s professionalism and knowledge when he came out to do the estimate. It was clear he knew his stuff and we would be in good hands. They worked with us and got us on the schedule ahead of their original anticipated timeline because of another cancellation. It was about 2.5 weeks from when I paid my deposit that they started work, and they completed the job in only 3 days. The on-site crew showed up on time every day, took only a short lunch, and were all around very professional. I highly recommend this company!
