Initially, I saw the low number of reviews and was a tad worried, but once Pablo came out and we talked about what needed to happen, he was professional, quick, and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. They actually went and picked up our material for us instead of us having to go get it. Our project was a full house redo – every single room, every stair, every inch of quarter round. A group of three guys arrived on the minute, on-time, and began work. They were thorough, spent about 3 hours leveling the concrete and making sure that everything was good to go prior to installation. Took these guys about 2.5 days to do 2,000 sqft, remove two layers of flooring, and install the stairs (nose/tread). Now, at the end of the day, cost is probably the biggest factor. We cross-referenced them by four other installers and these guys worked with us to meet our price point (no one else did). Even when unexpected obstacles came up, they still worked with us on the price. My honest review is that unless you’re going to go do this yourself because you have the time (doing what they did would’ve likely taken me alone at least 1.5-2 weeks off work and full-time), you need to go with someone who’s going to give you the best quality for the best price. They did a great job and they did good work.

Had all the flooring done in my house with Harv Tile. Amazing job. Workers were always on time. Cleaned up after themselves. Did a beautiful job on the floors.

My husband and I were using Floor & Decor and they referred us to this company for a free estimate and to do the installation. We had our appointment scheduled for 1 week. Thirty minutes before our appointment we received a call and the gentleman stated that he wanted to let us know it would be $1000. I questioned this because he didn’t even know how big the job was. I felt like he just didn’t want to be bothered. I would never recommend this company and I will also be telling Floor & Decor that they should remove them from their contractor list. Very unprofessional company.
