I needed to replace a well worn carpet in my great room and hall. I have 3 active dogs. So I need something Pet Friendly and water proof . Carpet Creations helped me find the best Quality flooring within my budget and perfect for my needs and Wants! Renee in store representative helped guide me, showed great patience and encouragement , without unwanted sales pushing. Our exchanges always pleasant and productive. She even shipped samples to my home. Thank you Renee. Jay was great coming out and measuring my flooring needs, bringing samples I could see in my home. Again an efficient, effective and productive exchange on my individual needs. A well informed experienced professional. Thank you Jay. I ordered my flooring and installation was 2 weeks later! The crew in my home 2 days. Laying my new plank laminate floor, Revfloor Premiere by Mohawk , Morina Falls line in Cattail . That I absolutely love. Dylan , Oscar were here 2 days and Gage came day 2 of install . The floor was laid by knowledgeable professional. That showed a great deal of conscience effort to make my flooring outstanding. Thank you to my installation crew. Lastly thank you Tim for steering me to a product that was best for my needs within my budget.

Carpet Creations provided us with exceptional customer service! The pricing was very reasonable and the install was timely with a great end result. Special shout out to Tim, the owner, who took way too many calls/questions from me and Gage, the millwork king plus Jose- who did wonderful a painting job. Everyone at Carpet Creations has been wonderful to work with throughout our basement project. We have worked with Tim &Jay on flooring, who were knowledgeable and friendly. Justin on paint and baseboards… who won’t leave until your project is perfect, and Renee who keeps the whole project moving smoothly and efficiently. They all treat you like friends and do an amazing job as well. I definitely will use them again and again, and recommend to others without hesitation!

Carpet Creations is incredible!!! They sanded and refinished our historic main level floors, carpeted our stairs, and installed wood laminate and baseboards throughout our whole upstairs level. Everything was done beautifully and so quickly! Renee was absolutely wonderful – she coordinated the multiple projects we had going on and was always kind, responsive, and professional! I recommend them to all my family and friends in the area and would use them for any future flooring projects!
