Phenomenal job. Eddie was super responsive and made the process seamless. We had them install hardwood floors in our two guest rooms along with trim. They got the project done quickly and with quality workmanship and service and for a very reasonable price!! I HIGHLY recommend IC Custom Hardwood Flooring Inc and will look forward to working with them again for my next project!!

Eddie and the team at IC Custom Hardwood Flooring killed it. My wife and I are first-time homeowners—which means we’re first-time hardwood floor-havers. Eddie was communicative, transparent, and kind as we developed a game plan to refinish our ENTIRE condo on a very short timeline. He and the team were proactive problem solvers, which is a rare thing to see in the Year of Our Lord 2024. Also, I really really loved how respectful they were towards my wife. She spearheaded this project and reached out to more than one flooring company for quotes. IC Custom Hardwood Flooring got our business due in no small part to how well they treated her during the estimate portion of the process—and throughout the project, of course. I’m not trying to put their competition on blast, but the customer service experience with IC Custom Hardwood Flooring was far far better. Appreciate the hard work and craftsmanship, absolutely. But that human element is the real difference-maker.

I am so thrilled with the work that IC Flooring completed! From start to finish it was a top notch operation! I was given a quote within a few days after I called, and we had the job completed in less than a month. We had a few complicated issues with moving a piano, and our audio visual cabinet, and they figured out a solution. They were on time and left the place immaculate when they were done. They were not the lowest quote that I received, but were 100% worth every penny. So happy we went with them!

Our refinished floor looks beautiful!!! Our kitchen floor and back hallway steps had worn places. There is a transition strip between the kitchen and the living room, where the floor is in fine shape, so we didn’t want to refinish the entire level. Cal guided us to make the right finish choice to best match the other room. Eddie and team did a great job on the refinishing. I was impressed at how little dust there was. Can’t say it was 100% dust free….pretty close. And I can say we were 100% pleased with the professional and personable service!
