Zen Renovations 6 days agoWalked in with my wife and met the owner, he wasn’t interested in our questions, seemed like he cared about big projects only. Wasn’t pleasant at all but the place was nice.

WKM Solutions, LLC. 2 years agoI can’t speak for their work but I can speak for their driving and putting others on the road in danger. Tailgating, accelerating to about 20 over the speed limit, cutting off another driver, and then taking an exit in Leesburg going about 70mph. In the process of exiting on Battlefield, nearly hitting the exit wall and nearly losing control of their pickup, fishtailing. All to get to Lowe’s as quickly as possible, I guess. They were driving a white Ford pickup. Extremely unprofessional.

Urban Remodel DC LLC a year agoUpdate: Uchenna Nwokorie, Chief Executive Officer, finally responded via email in October 2022 and eventually sent me an estimate on 10-12-22 for 13 windows totaling $11,215 which is on the higher end for standard vinyl windows. I’ve called, texted, emailed and inboxed this company for the past week and no one has responded. I don’t think they’re in business anymore.

Sanchez Remodeling LLC 2 years agoSince buying our NW DC home in 2016, we’ve chosen Sanchez Remodeling for all of our home remodeling, painting and exterior work. Melvin is one of the BEST in the remodeling business; we wouldn’t trust anyone else. Beyond a fantastic and very involved business owner, the Sanchez team is awesome — everyone respected our home and property while working on it, and the quality of work done, whether it was custom or installed items, exceeded expectations. To top it off, our remodeling projects stayed on schedule, and Melvin called us whenever they had questions or concerns BEFORE proceeding with any work. You won’t find a more honest remodel company who can truly do it all—from additions, to retaining walls, to you-name-it!! Highly recommend!

R & A Contractors Group Inc 3 months agoThis contract company is presently conducting work on a commercial business/home and they leave trash around our clean neighborhood. Being a contractor myself there are supposed to be a GF on site at all times and I think I’ve witnessed a possible GF once. The scaffolding is not to OSHA standards which makes me believe this is shabby company. Very disappointed that this is s D.C. based company treating another D.C community on this matter.

Pace Design and Construction a month agoBrad & team performed a minor miracle: beautifully remodeled kitchen & bath with custom closet/storage instillations throughout completed BEFORE our baby’s due-date. We loved our ~650sqft Capitol Hill row house, but with two dogs, two adults and soon to be two kids – we were desperate for storage solutions and Pace was the only firm that inspired confidence. Brad was transparent about the challenges of working on a short timeframe with no flexibility in our due-date-driven timeline. He clearly communicated expectations; and, distilled a design vision that reflected a modern aesthetic while blending seamlessly with the rest of our home. We were never pressured to make selections and the PMs were so generous with their time and insights in identifying our needs and multiple solutions. The construction team was very communicative with us during the construction phase and worked diligently to address and issues that cropped up. Pace went above and beyond to identify the art of the possible – we highly recommend them and look forward to working with them on future projects.

MelNess Contractors 7 months agoMelness has done my basement rental unit, my kitchen and now my bathroom remodel. Melvin is so skilled in design and has the most qualified tile installer. If you want a job done right that will hold up for decades call him.
