They were really good in some aspects. They weren’t pushy for specific flooring we should get. They were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly, and when they installed our carpet, they did it pretty fast! We were quoted a certain price at the very beginning of it. We paid half of it before they installed the carpet, which is a great way to run a business. However, after they installed the carpet, they charged us the full amount on top of the half they already charged us. They were very quick to get it resolved but instead of just charging the original quote they charged us $60 more because they said they realized in the recalculation of the refund they forgot to charge us for a stair. (In my opinion you’ve already charged around $750 dollars more than what you were supposed to, and the proper customer service is to only charge the original quoted price, not $60 added onto it) We also had some laminate flooring next to our patio door installed prior to the carpet, and when the installers installed the carpet next to it, they chipped the flooring, and instead of mentioning something they just left it. I realized it pretty quickly because it didn’t look good. I called the owner about it and he was supposed to stop by to look at it, along with measure our home because the square footage his installers put they used didn’t match up with what we had. (It was off quite a bit.) He was very kind and seemed to really want to straighten it all out and get it figured out but he never reached out on the day he was supposed to stop by and we never heard from him again. It was all such a pain due to the refund, the adding extra costs on top of the original price and the needing to come check out the flooring and not hearing from him that I just dropped the situation. The owner had pictures of the flooring that was broken and insisted he wanted to come see it as well and see what happened yet didn’t bother showing up or contacting us again.

Paid in-full for a carpet order 2 weeks ago that was supposed to take 1-2 weeks. Called yesterday to check on the status and it had fallen completely off of their radar. I was told today that it’s still sitting in a warehouse in Maryland, a mistake the supplier made. My biggest complaint is that if I hadn’t called to follow up, it would have remained lost and nobody is apparently responsible to follow up on pre-paid orders.
