Key Carpet made the carpet replacement easy. Came to the house with samples based on the paint colors I shared. I had a quote the next day and installation scheduled quickly. The installation team of Joe, Michael, and Samantha were fantastic. They were so professional, with clear communication, very helpful, and they did an excellent job! I highly recommend them.

Special orders NOT recommended! Great installation. But special order carpet took almost 2 months to arrive. Kept getting false installation start date from manufacturer. 3 weeks before installation the manufacturer said the carpet will be delayed because the machine that makes the carpet was mis-calibrated. Took 3 weeks additional just to recalibrate their machine?.. Service is friendly but delay after delay was VERY frustrating. If you want new carpet before moving into a new home purchase, I recommend NOT choosing special order carpet.

I would highly recommend Key Carpet! I called Chris in a pinch to get our carpet replaced before we moved in to our new home. Chris was so helpful and looked out for my best interest when choosing a carpet. He didn’t try to upsell me, he was very honest. The carpet with installation was very reasonable and way better quality and price than other quotes I got. They installed quickly and were so professional. Thanks so much! I love my new carpets!

Always a wonderful experience working with Madi and everyone at Key Carpet! Madi has taken care of many of our real estate clients so I trusted her for carpet in my own home. Installation was scheduled sooner than I expected which was great. Carpet looks beautiful and feels terrific. Our installers did a great job too! I highly recommend Madi and Key Carpet!

We just had carpet installed by Key Carpet. We were very happy with the variety of the carpet choices, the carpet quality and professional installation. The cost for the carpet and installation was much more reasonable than the hardware or big box carpet stores. And we loved working with Madi – she was so helpful!
