I called to have some repair done to existing fencing previously purchased from elite, and got I’m too busy, we are months out, and quoted me 1800.00 to remove and resent one fence post .

Fantastic! Oftentimes you don’t really know who you’re working with until adversity presents itself, especially when resources and margins are in play. We tapped three companies to bid on a new fence. Elite won that bid with their professionalism (Mark our sales guy) and aggressive pricing. I knew the quality was there as they’ve done the majority of my neighborhood and folks are happy. Long story short, there was a miscommunication b/t us and Elite on where our front facing fence should be stood up. I called to inform them of the issue, which b/c of our dogs, was a big deal to us. They promptly responded via text over the weekend and called me first thing Monday morning to work through it. My ask to fix it was no small ask, but never once did I receive any unprofessional arm twisting, blaming us or anything else negative. They consulted with us, shared some options and we came to an agreement, which was exactly what we needed. They turned three days into two even with some rework and were respectful of the yard and my neighbor’s fence / property. Watching these guys work with skill, focus and determination to get it done before sundown was a teaching moment for my kiddos looking out the window that day. There are other great fence companies out there, with great reviews just like Elite, but what I know now, but didn’t back then, is their level of professionalism and character when challenges arise. Elite has won our business on all future fencing – very excited about what they’ve built for us and the quality workmanship. Thanks Elite!

Elite did a great job with our fence! We are doing a lot of outside construction/remodeling, which resulted in the fence job being delayed & fragmented because our non-fence contractors have been slow. Elite was very patient & flexible, which we appreciated. Mark laid the fence plans out with us, & Casey kept working with us on scheduling. The crew members were also great, but unfortunately I didn’t get their names. I would definitely use Elite again.

I absolutely love my new fence by Elite Fence! After consulting with several companies, I chose to go with Elite because they were going to do the most work per square foot at the best price. The customer service has been great! Leon showed up on the day and time scheduled for a bid and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the best fence for my yard. Zack and his crew came out early on the day and time scheduled to install the posts, and he walked the yard with me several times to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The crew was friendly, respectful my property, and they left no trash when they were done. A few phone calls with Casey in the office before and after my project always went well. Having peace of mind knowing my dogs can run free in the yard and not escape has been a life changer!

Well, this was a huge disappointment. I had considered using this company since my next door neighbor was using them. My problem is, when they finished, they didn’t clean their mess off of the street; even more egregious is, the mess is in front of my property and not my neighbors. Their work trailer sat in front of my property, so as they worked, they tracked on my lawn. This picture was taken after several heavy rains throughout the week. That wasn’t enough to wash it away. I tried blowing, but it’s heavier rock, so I’m going to have to get out there and sweep it up myself. For this, I’ll pass on using their service.

Well, the staff were all very nice. Now, the quality of the work not so nice. They left gaps, there was about an 8 inch gap between the fence and my house, there is about a 2 inch gap between the gate and the fence itself. Upon further inspection, when they were nailing the pickets to the cross supports half the nails missed the 2×4. Cosmetically it looks ok , if you don’t look closely at it, but overall we are not happy with the craftsmanship. JTB Hey all, just wanted to update everyone. The staff at Elite got ahold of us and they were very understanding about our situation, just to have them acknowledge us meant a lot. The staff and I came to an agreement, and they will be taking care of it today. Thanks Elite ! JTB

Teach your guys that road raging with a mom and two kids in the car it’s not an attractive look for your business. Terribly sorry that I had to cut in line and break up your caravan, but it truly is not the end of the world. Edit – what a professional response. Even more unfortunate. Never claimed to be a perfect driver, but given my husband drives heavy equipment for a living, I certainly saw your caravan of trucks and new I had ample time and room to merge. That response gave your company an even worse look. I’ll be sure to not recommend you to anyone. No workmanship needed seen to avoid you guys.
