VKB Kitchen & Bath a month agoI have been attempting to contact the service team at VKB for the past 30 days with absolutely no follow up. I have spoken to the office 3 times by phone in the past 30 days to inform them of the issue with the LVP installed in my home. I continue to be told that the Project Manager is no longer at this location and that the issue is being sent to a different Project Manager with VKB who will contact me directly. That was told to me 3 times and to date, no communication has been received. I stopped in to the office in person on 6/3/24 and spoke with the woman who works at the front desk who once again informed me the Office Manager was not in and would return on 6/4/24. Once again, I informed her of my flooring issue and at that time she confirmed the notes from the previous phone calls which matched up to our conversation and informed me she would pass on my contact information for someone to discuss the matter and to date still have not received any communication. The flooring installed by VKB is buckling and separating. We paid for the service and it needs to be repaired.

USA Cabinet Store Columbia a month agoI am given them a one not because of their work. I’m giving them a one because I had a 11 AM appointment today. It is now 12:28p. I received no call and no one showed.

The Willhova Group 8 years agoAs we signed the contact and many types of permits were achieve before the job began from the general contractor. The sub-companies counseled me professional and sincere within our house. They removed all the worksite debris daily and were very sincere towards our neighbors. We’re able to visit the site daily because the team was dealing with no incident. From design to arranging to execution, again a nice job! I am looking forward greatly to dealing with The Willhova Group on additional home improvement and construction projects.

Starcom Design/Build a month agoWe had a handicap accessible addition completed by Starcom in 2023. We are very happy with the work. It’s really stressful to go through construction and there is always some issue that comes up. Starcom handled issues as they appeared professionally.

Renovec a year agoSaid and his team were absolutely wonderful. We had a leak in our bathroom that had caused substantial damage and the crew got to work right away on mold remediation and in two weeks we had a whole new bathroom. We are so grateful for all their hard work and care in completing our repairs and renovation!

Paragon Construction 3 months agoMy husband and I have had two outstanding jobs by the Sanchez Brothers team. They replaced wallpaper and revarnished the floor in our bathroom (perfectly done in every way). We were so impressed by Enrique’s drive for perfection in that job that we hired them to install a sliding glass door in our basement. Again, absolute perfection at a reasonable price. I’ve never seen any contractor that provides such superb results. Highly recommended!!
