Jim, our technician, came within the prescribed window, and was super friendly. After conducting a brief assessment, he was able to identify and apply a solution. In addition to explaining it clearly, he was able to provide additional tips to prevent it from recurring. I’m not a wizard on this stuff, so I appreciated his patience and ability to school me up on it. I highly recommend them!

HoneyCreek was highly recommended. I contacted them regarding an a/c problem. Jim came out the next day and tested the system, and found the problem. Jim was on a crew that installed a furnace & air in my previous house. I was glad to see him. He is a wealth of knowledge. HoneyCreek is lucky to have him. I would highly recommend HoneyCreek!

We called about our air conditioner on the blink and the administrative person on the phone surprised me by saying they would have someone out today. It is a Friday and she did not want us sweating it out over the weekend. She told me that someone would text when the tech was 25 minutes away. That happened and he was here in the allotted time. The whole process took less than three hours. Very impressive. Brad, the tech was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. We will definitely use them again!
