Jim was wonderful. I have been trying to find out what was wrong with my heat pump system and/or get estimates on replacing. It’s an old system. I had two other technicians at my house in the last three weeks. They did not solve the problem. We explained our issues and he asked us if he could test and see if he could repair before we go to replacement. We were happy to see if it was repairable. It turned out it needed 15 lbs of Freon and a couple of seals as it has a couple of small leaks. Not sure why the other two did not see the issue. It appears to be working and the house is cooling down nicely. The humidity levels are dropping rapidly too. I’m so relieved. Jim has earned a new customer for life. Thank you!

Jim does fantastic work! Our A/C went out and our house had reached 88 degrees. I found Jim through a Google Search, he answered, and was at our house as soon as he finished up the job he was at. Within 2 hours, he had found the problem, fixed the unit, and fixed some bad wiring from a previous repair. Jim was so friendly and affordable, I 100% recommend him for any heating and cooling needs you might have!

He was great 😃 Showed up quickly and as the caregiver of the homeowner he was respectful kind and even spoke with her. Even though she is very elderly with slight Parkinson’s. When he left she felt special and said to me how nice it was for him to acknowledge her. Thank you for coming out on a Saturday. We so much appreciated you and your kindness.

He showed up when he said he would, fixed the problem, fixed a problem created by another repairman, charged me a reasonable price and left the work areas clean. Bean is my go-to hvac company now.
