This dude is so shady i am dealing with the CCB, started a job in Feb- riped me off, still have no heat are air in the back of my home. Now i get to pay another company to do the job right. He sold me a 2.5 ton when the paperwork he gave me say’s 3 ton. What ever you do dont ever do Business with Justin. Total flake.

***READ UPDATE **** They are very kind and respectful, Justin, Aaron,Tyler and Casey has even helped us with things that were not in the job description like putting the rat poison in the attic, they will do what they need to help your needs! Glad to get my AC fixed for this hot weather! I’m updating this 4 years later- the AC ended up having a leak and it was still under warranty but they claimed they had no record of doing it at all so my mom had to go to a new company and get a new one… I’m ashamed of this company

These people are the absolute most incompetent and disrespectful people I have dealt with this year. They lied to me, gaslight me, and refuse to apologize until it was too late. They didn’t show up when they said they would the first time, the first guy I complained to blew me off the phone because he had another call coming in (can’t imagine who would be more important than an irritate customer), then the third guy I talked to continuously swore that he showed up and I didn’t answer, which I proved to be false. He still didn’t apologize after that. Then on the second day with them, they still didn’t show up on time, and when I called them to find out why, they had no answers for why they didn’t show up, but then said someone was coming now. I told them not to bother. I have written out a much longer review, but there is a character limit on Google reviews. I will cross review on Yelp if I can post my entire review. Please please please go with anyone else. These people are completely incompetent, and do not care about their customers.

Not only was this the only company we called that could get to us in less than 10 days but Frank was pleasant, kind, informative and I feel he went above and beyond to make our house comfortable while he ordere d the parts we needed. If we have issues again we will be using this company.

The guy I got was very nice and informative. He did not mi d me poking my head over his shoulder to see what was going on. He found the problem fast. Also found other things that we need tonolan for soon. He let me know when he was changing from the diag fee to their labor fee wich was nice that way the wife and I where not hit with a huge bill that we where not ready for. (We have had other hvac guys just do repairs then got us backed into the corner. Calculated Comfort did not do that to us. Respect from the repair person to us was night and day. If we encounter another problem then we will be calling them.

After several repairs on original 30 year old HVAC system (furnace/Heat Pump) finally gave up and ordered a new efficient unit at a good price with a special 10 year warranty. Good installers and good technicians. Electrical bill dropped 25%.
