Called late morning, they were able to send a service technician in the afternoon. Jason fixed the problem in no time and was very polite and professional, as he was explaining the problem.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Golden Days Heating & Cooling crew! From Jason, who came out and did our quote for geothermal and traditional and then answered all my questions, to Andy, who has been helpful every step of the way and agreed to add to their workload by also boring our waterline, to Guy and… the other two that worked outside (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names!), for carefully doing all the dirt work with the big equipment and not once complaining that I put a fence up with no gate for you to get through! To Bob and Ralph, who seem more like family now, after working inside building and installing the ductwork throughout and setting in the unit today (and anyone I missed!), they made a quick job of a big project and were kind and professional all the way through! This is our 2nd Geothermal Heat/Air Unit (out of 12 homes… so we’ve had it all!). I 100% recommend this company and this option for Heating and Cooling your home!

Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. Easy to schedule an appointment. Great experience! Also, when calling any business, I think it’s extremely important that they have a person who is the initial contact with a potential customer to be friendly, customer focused and knowledgable of the business. My initial contact was Beth. She went above and beyond in addressing our emergency and getting Jason to our home right before we were gong out of town. Kudos to her for understanding our emergency and getting Jason to our house considering our needs. She deserves recognition for her work that focused on meeting our need! Great company and two fine employees! Thanks!
