Adam and Nick were exceptional in their installation of our mini split, their communication and their cleanup was fantastic. They included me in all decisions about where things should go and gave recommendations as well. They even showed me how to use the QR code to do the review. Extremely happy with Bergerons right from the first phone call. Top notch from start to finish!!

We got our mini split installed by Nik and Cam a little over a month ago and have absolutely loved it! The whole process from meeting with Kristin, for the design, to meeting Nik and Cam for the installation the whole experience was great. Kristin took the time to meet with my partner and I twice to talk through all of our concerns. Nik and Cam were very professional throughout the installation and had great communication with me the entire time. They also took the time to walk me through how to use the unit to its full potential and all the remote settings. The mini split keeps our entire downstairs cooled which has been a lifesaver with the recent heat. The unit is also VERY quiet, we forget it’s on most of the time. We would recommend this company to anyone.

The members of the Bergeron team were consistently courteous, informative, punctual and professional. It was an absolute pleasure to work with every team member and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Since I originally posted this review, I’ve had the opportunity to visit the Bergeron office and meet with a number of team members. They are the model of what every successful organization should aspire to in terms of a having a positive, collaborative and healthy culture. Bergeron did a terrific job cleaning our pair of Mitsubishi splits. They got us an appointment within two weeks, stayed within their estimated cost (I had checked a bit to see that it was competitive) and got the job done quietly and effectively. I highly recommend the two-person team that did the work, Drake and Oliver. They were professional, courteous and patient as they took time to show what they were doing. They made it a pleasure to do business with this firm.

We recently had Bergeron Mechanical Systems upgrade our home with an HVAC system, heating and cooling, via mini-split units. During our sales visit with Kristin Bernier, we learned what this system can do for us and how easily it all works. We learned the capabilities, quiet, ease of use, and the value of it. For the two external units and four internal units, we were told complete installation would occur in one day. With our system we also received two Kumo Cloud units which allow for remote, Bluetooth control. On the agreed date of installation, our installers Nikolas Filimonov, Keanan Jasmin, and Adam Wilson arrived on time, verified the plan, and went to work. We also had two electricians arrive to make the necessary accommodations. Each of these men were polite, professional, efficient, and very clean. Before they left, they made sure everything was as clean as when they found it, and they took the time to check the functionality of their work and took the necessary time to explain how it all works. First, Kim phoned in response to my misdirected email detailing our mini split drain issue. He patiently talked me through circuit breaking. Then he followed up with a detailed email for how to make a service request. Second, Jaye spoke with courteousness and familiarity with our issue when I called the office next morning and forwarded me to Mike in the Service Dept. Third, Mike phoned and talked me through several options to try to address the issue ourselves, and he emailed a recap of his suggestions. Fourth, HVAC Techs Jeremy and Drake arrived to troubleshoot and ultimately resolve the issue. Professional and courteous…every single person, every step of the way.
