Mike, the technician, showed up within 2 hours of my initial call to fix my Central A/C. He found the problem and replaced the bad part and was gone within the hour. He did a thorough job of testing all the voltages and line pressures to confirm that the relay was the only issue. They will be my first call from now on for heating and A/C issues and maintenance.

Tristan is always polite , respectful, and informative when he comes to do our annual service. Thank you Tristan, and JP Heating & Air Conditioning. Service Tech Ben was here today to repair our 34 year old dinosaur unit!! No such luck. He gave it a thorough going over but, it just wasn’t happening. I think it’s time to update.
