Air conditioning unit is less than 3 years old and decided to have a pre-season tune up. Tech came out, friendly person, checked and cleaned system, said everything was good and charged us $98. 2 days later needed to run the air but a/c was not working. Called B&B and sent the tech out at no charge who couldn’t find the problem said to call the company who installed the unit. After many attempts to no avail called back B&B who sent out a different tech. This time, after another $128 labor charge, he miraculously found the problem (a small cracked nut/bolt?) added a couple units of coolant and $238 later we had air. First, I called and spoke with a Dave who said there was nothing he could do since they didn’t install the unit. Then my husband spoke with B&B and asked to take off some of the labor fee since they had to come out 2 additional times and not our fault, they responded “we came out once at n/c.” DUH, they didn’t find what was wrong until they came out a 3rd time and charged us another $128. What a scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My bad for not checking all the poor reviews on Yelp and the bad reviews on Google before I contacted them.

Thrilled with the service from Bremer and Bouman! Had a very helpful service technician for a tune up that also helped with the amount of gas flow so that my furnace wouldn’t overheat and trip the shutoff valve.

This is a very reputable company. They went out of their way to help me resolve a warranty issue. I have used them for years and their installation crew is courteous and efficient. The office is well run and helpful. I highly recommend Bremer & Bouman.

I have been using this company for all my HVAC work. Barry has treated us the best. They have ben more responsive than any local HVAC contractor by me. That says a lot in our business. Would highly recommend for residential and commercial applications

We just had Taylor check out our vacation rental with no AC in the top 2 floors. Within the hour, he was able to fix it and communicated everything to us as well as the property manager.

I’ve always used these guys for service on my heating and cooling. I have complete trust in their abilities and their integrity. I feel that I will not be taken advantage of and they are very efficient. Recently had them come over for a service call to my central air. They had to give me the bad news of my need to replace my central air system. As usual, the service person was polite, conscientious, and even sympathetic to my unanticipated expenditure on a replacement. I called them late Friday afternoon and they were over early Saturday morning. I recommend this business to anyone needing assistance with their furnace and air conditioning.

As new home owner I found myself in one of those everything is breaking and I don’t know what to do moments. I reached out to Bremer for not only my AC unit but my Water Heater and my Furnace. Bremer not only fixed everything in a timely manor they followed up with me to make sure I was all good and even worked with me on my payments. BARRY is AMAZING!
