A very professional staff. Matt explained the features and benefits of the heating and air conditioning and which system would be a good choice for our home. All the technicians involved in the work were courteous And neat. The office staff were courteous and always informed us when each part of project would be started so we could be ready for their work that day. I was very satisfied with Matt and Christi , Garrett and all the staff were really easy to work with and made the installation of our new HVAC system a pleasant experience.

I had Countywide come out to replace my furnace recently. They were quick to arrive and begin work. Matt and his team did a great job and I couldn’t be happier. He took the time to explain details on the installation and any. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but positive things to say about CWH&C! I have no idea what these one star raters are talking about. Garrett showed up and knew what the issue was right away. He had our AC blowing cold air in no time! Garrett was very pleasant, professional and explained everything in detail as well as answered all my questions. With extremely reasonable prices and great service I recommend Countywide Mechanical 100%!

Countywide has gotten us out of countless situations. One of many was when we came home from the hospital with a newborn to find our furnace not working. Matt is excellent at not only deciphering the problem but also takes a few minutes to explain the issue so we understand what happened. He is always very busy (the sign of a good technician!) but we have never had a problem getting a prompt response and appointment. Matt and his technicians are fair, knowledgable and honest and I am constantly recommending Countywide to everyone I know.

My husband and I recently had heating and air conditioning installed in our house. Matt & crew from Countywide did an outstanding job. Professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Our house is old and quirky, so it wasn’t your standard install, I’m sure! We felt we were in good hands. The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Incompetent technicians, required homeowners to give diagnosis and still overcharged for swapping around 2 wires that took 5 minutes. I recommend finding a competent company that won’t rip you off. We will NEVER call countrywide again 0/5 stars
