Tech was amazing and super helpful as well as kid friendly! He was timely, efficient and smart at doing my yearly maintenance. Edited next day—air condition surrounded in four inches of water, house extremely hot, Air condition was working fine prior to maintenance, dispatch told me they can see me tmw for a 189 dollar fee. Minimal regard for the fact they did a maintenance now my basement is flooding or any concern. Took 7 calls to set up appt while I juggled four kids including newborn. Disappointing. Not ideal to have four kids in the sweltering house two being babies. Have six properties I use CJ for.

Daniel installed new light fixtures in 3 rooms. He was very efficient and explained all that went into installing the lighting. Want to give a shout-out to Ashley who was assisting Daniel. They were both a pleasure to deal with, and I’m very happy with the installations!

Caprice was very helpful in setting up an appointment for servicing a clogged kitchen drain. She also gave me other information regarding issues with our septic tank, etc. Josh showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done and gave an up front estimate for the job. The job was completed as promised and he gave me useful tips about preventive maintenance as well. My interaction with Cotti Johnson’s staff has always been very pleasant and professional. I will definitely continue to use their services. We needed replacement of the main drainage pipe to the septic tank. After a trench was dug to expose the drain, David decided that the pipe had to be re-routed to the tank in order to correct the grade. David and Joshua came back the next day after the tank was pumped out. They installed the tube in less than 2 hrs. As usual, David & Joshua were very professional and completed the job as promised. Cotti-Johnson and it’s team gets another Five star from me. July 9, 2024 Raymond arrived on time and performed the annual tuneup of our AC unit. He was very professional. He went over all the steps he took to complete the service. He let me know that the capacitor on the compressor was getting a bit inefficient and would need replacement in the near future. He also instructed me on how best to clean the compressor filter.
