Called and left voicemail about a problem. TemperaturePro called back later that morning to discuss. They listened to my problem description and offered some options. I accepted the option for them to come and do the repair. They were able to come the next morning and quickly resolved the issue. Davin and Michael were very professional and courteous. They also made some suggestions about repairing some other non-related issues they noticed in the crawl space. Great job! I highly recommend TemperaturePro Inland Northwest!

Fantastic service! Quick callback for a voicemail left and same day service for a pump issue. All items well tested and discussed. Davin went over all details with new equipment since old condensation pump was no longer working properly. Even labeled my new filter for when to replace! Thank you for everything!

Gordon and his teams have been great! My project has taken much longer than anticipated which in turn delayed the HVAC final installations. Temp Pro was very patient and worked with me and the crazy delays. (Delays were on my end not Temp Pros) Each and every service tech that I spoke with on the phone and talked to in person at the job site was top notch. All around 5 star company and service! Great communication from the start! I have already recommended Temp Pro to friends and family and they have been very pleased as well!

Had Temp Pro come to evaluate our furnace that was not working properly. They came out and discovered the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide into the house. Had 2 other companies come out to see if the furnace could be fixed. They all recommended a new furnace as ours was 20yrs old. Temp Pros gave us a competitive bid for a Trane system. The next day the furnace was installed and they came out again to adjust the blower. The furnace works great and the company was great to work with. Communication with the company was excellent. The owner would answer the phone when I called to answer all my questions. The techs that came out were all professional and very knowledgeable. Great company and would highly recommend

I am a general contractor. Building our own home. Never used Temperature Pro but recommended by my draftperson. From day one Gordon has been on top of it. We signed a contract a year ago and he honored every pricing he gave. His employees were always attentive and responsive even when we had to locate some moisture issues that in the end we’re not a problem caused by them by being you. No extra costs. Just good professionilm all around. Highly recommend them. Gordon is the only sub manager who came on site to see the work that was completed. Gordon and Temperature Pro are refreshing in a time where nobody seems to care care anymore. Thank you. proactive in bringing the job to completion. Thank you and a great thanks to your acrew.

The installers were efficient, very knowledgeable about their product, and cleaned up after they were finished. The whole company genuinely cared about keeping us comfortable when our heater went out. Brought over space heaters to keep us warm until the new furnace was installed. Would highly recommend!!

Courteous and efficient
